John eventually got the same buyer to come up with an acceptable final offer on our home. As a buyer's agent, John was extremely responsive to our requirements for a new home beating other bids by moving quickly to close the sale before the open house. Buying the condo was relatively straightforward since I knew what I wanted. Selling the house was a little more challenging. Although it is well built and has a nice location, it is smaller and older than many that are on the market now. John and his team produced a beautiful brochure and an online presence for the house. The house was shown to a good advantage. The negotiations with the prospective buyer went more quickly and easily than I had hoped.
