Living in Seattle offers locals an urban feel with walkable attractions, a high bike rating, and numerous parks, pubs, restaurants, and coffee shops. The city is known for its large technology companies, such as Amazon, Microsoft, Starbucks, and T-Mobile. Dining, Entertainment & Shopping

Seattle residents have plenty of options to explore without leaving their city. Simply walking around the metropolitan area is enough to capture Seattle's distinct charm and personality. There are streets and neighborhoods full of art that speak to the city's culture and character. Pike Place Market's fish and famous chowder are two local favorites for quick food options. For fine dining and a modern spin on Italian cuisine, there is Cinque Terre Ristorante.

The Ferry network sets Seattle's transportation apart from other cities. On a Seattle Ferry day trip, you can drift away from the city and take in the Seattle skyline and mountain views. Once you arrive, you can enjoy the shops and restaurants along the water and when it's time to head back, take the ferry back to Seattle. The nightlife here is vibrant and diverse, with various clubs and bars.
